What is iOS 6 failbreak ?

Posted: October 5, 2012 in Geek Stuff

This is  a new term spread nowadays on the internet and many users are asking what is failbreak ?, this word shared by the famous hacker pod2g on twitter , also he referred about this in the last jailbreakcon when he was talking about jailbreak ios6 untethered specially the jailbreak photos shared before by chpwn hacker , pod2g mean by failbreak that the iOS 6 untethered jailbreak shared by chpwn will be for  hackers and developers only  and still cannot be packaged and released for the end users.

@chpwn: Just to clarify: what @pod2g meant is that the “failbreak” is for jailbreak developers (e.g. @iphone_dev, @chronicdevteam, etc).

also we have a bad news that Pod2g will not be working on iOS 6 untethered Jailbreak cause he is focusing in his job, he mentioned in the last conference that some of the jailbreakers was wondering that he will release iOS 6 untethered jailbreak in the conference but he said no jailbreak and may be he will try to help in iOS 6 jailbreak.

Pod2g Failbreak

Failbreak may be a sign that we will not have iOS 6 Jailbreak soon.

after the conference Pod2g  promise that he try to have time to be involved in iOS 6 untethered jailbreak but we cannot depend on this so we recommended that all jailbreakers try to live with iOS 6 tethered jailbreak till we have this project released cause it seems that it will take more time than any other Jailbreak.
